These terms govern your use of the Adune website and the application you submit through it. By using the site or applying, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose.

What Adune is

Adune is a creative production service for direct-to-consumer brands. This website presents our work and lets you apply to become a customer. "We," "us," and "Adune" refer to the operator of this site (a trading name); you can reach us at hi@adune.io.

Applying

Submitting an application places you under no obligation, and it does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and select the brands we believe we can serve well. No payment is taken at the application stage.

The free audit

Accepted applicants may receive a free brand audit and sample ad creatives. This is offered at our discretion as a sample of our work — it is not a paid deliverable and creates no ongoing commitment on either side. The samples are illustrative and provided "as is."

Your materials and our work

You keep all rights to any brand assets or materials you submit to us, and by submitting them you confirm you have the right to share them with us for this purpose. Any sample work we produce to show you what we can do remains illustrative; the terms covering paid, ongoing creative work are set out separately when you become a customer.

No warranty, limited liability

This website and any free sample work are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Adune is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on sample materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. This does not affect your data-protection rights under the GDPR, which are described in our Privacy Policy and cannot be waived by these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as Adune grows. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
